At Glimmer, we want every sip to sparkle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, and depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days or longer to reflect on your statement after verification.

A refund will only be issued if:
⟡ The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
⟡ The product was purchased directly from info@drinkglimmerwine.com.
⟡ The refund request is submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will be processed once we verify the issue through submitted photos. Unfortunately, we cannot refund products that have been opened, used, purchased from third-party sellers, or marked as final sale.

⟡ How to request a refund: If your order qualifies, email info@drinkglimmerwine.com with the subject line "Return", along with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged or defective item.

For requests made more than 30 days after delivery, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love every bottle of Glimmer! If you're not happy with your order, you can exchange it within 30 days—as long as it’s unopened, unused, and in its original condition & packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange:
⟡ Items must be sealed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
⟡ Returns must be wrapped carefully to prevent breakage.
⟡ We cannot accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging or return shipping.

How to request an exchange:
Email info@drinkglimmerwine.com with the subject line "Exchange" and your order number. Please include proof of purchase and ensure your item is shipped with tracking.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and ensuring the item arrives safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Winter Advisory: If returning products during cold months, please take extra precautions—we are not responsible for breakages in transit due to freezing temperatures.

Missing Product Policy

If something is missing from your order, we want to make it right!

Missing products fall into two categories:
Doorstep Theft – If your package was marked as delivered but is missing, please file a complaint with the shipping provider, as we cannot determine if a package was stolen or lost after delivery.

Order Fulfillment Error – If we made a mistake and forgot an item, we’ll ship the correct product as soon as possible, free of charge.

Damaged & Defective Products Policy

We take pride in ensuring your Glimmer arrives safely. If your product was damaged or defective upon arrival, we’ll make it right!

⟡ How to report a damaged or defective product:
Email: info@drinkglimmerwine.com with the subject line "Damaged/Defective Product", including:
⟡ Photos or videos of the damage.
⟡ Order number & proof of purchase.

Once verified, we’ll happily offer:
✔️ A replacement product shipped to you free of charge.
✔️ A full refund if preferred.

Order CancelLations

If you need to cancel an order, we’ll do our best!

⟡ To request a cancellation:
Email: info@drinkglimmerwine.com with the subject line "Cancellation + [Your Order Number]" ASAP.

⟡ Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been processed by our fulfillment team. If your order is already on its way, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our refund & exchange policy.
