  • Jane Stoller- CEO

    Jane Stoller is a seasoned operational executive and global management consultant with over two decades of corporate experience. She holds a Master’s in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire and an MBA from Vancouver Island University.

    Jane’s impressive career includes a 15-year stint at Holcim, where she advanced from managing the Vancouver port concrete plant to becoming the Global Performance Director in Zurich. Currently, she teaches Management at Vancouver Island University and is the dynamic force behind Organized Jane, a consultancy that delivers organizational services and performance audits.

    Organized Jane caters to entrepreneurs and global companies across diverse sectors, including technology, construction, health, hospitality, and beauty, helping streamline their operations and enhance efficiency.

    Additionally, Jane is the CEO of Drink Glimmer Wine, an innovator in de-alcoholized sparkling wine. In her spare time, Jane is a keynote speaker, a three-time author, and actively contributes to Canadian businesses and educational programs, such as the ONE TO ONE Children's Literacy Program, through pro bono work and organizational workshops.

  • Marina Billinghurst- CMO

    Marina Billinghurst is a seasoned professional in the fashion and apparel industry, with over a decade of rich experience that spans from conceptual design and product development to creative direction. Her career began at the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York, followed by studies at Parsons' Paris campus. After starting her career post-9/11, Marina returned to Parsons and completed her BFA in Fashion Design in 2012.

    Transitioning her deep-rooted expertise in fashion into the realm of marketing, Marina is poised to excel as the new CMO for Glimmer Wine. Throughout her career, Marina has demonstrated a keen ability to understand and leverage market dynamics, working with notable companies such as Joe Fresh, Walmart, Sears, Ben Sherman, and Joe Boxer. Her experience includes collaborating closely with sales teams, buyers, and global vendors, which has honed her skills in strategic marketing and cross-departmental collaboration. Having excelled in corporate, she jumped into entrepreneurship, opening Art of Marina, which is well known for Dusters and Marina’s artwork.

    Marina's strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and her exceptional project management skills enable her to translate marketing strategies into actionable plans efficiently.

    Renowned for navigating tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality, she is an adept communicator and leader. As CMO, Marina is passionate about driving brand growth by harnessing cutting-edge marketing trends, frequently traveling to global marketing and design shows to keep at the forefront of innovation.

  • Farid Vaziri-CRO

    Farid Vaziri is a dynamic leader and seasoned operations expert, currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Dyne, a cutting-edge technology company. He also plays a pivotal role in operations and sales at The Acquisition Group, where he has been instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence for over two decades.

    In his dual capacities, Farid brings a unique perspective to leadership and strategic execution. At The Acquisition Group, he leads a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment where empowerment and accountability are key to achieving exceptional client outcomes. His commitment to operational excellence is matched by his dedication to cultivating a positive and inclusive company culture.

    Beyond his roles at Dyne and The Acquisition Group, Farid actively supports other tech startups as an advisor, lending his expertise to help these companies scale and succeed. He is passionate about staying at the forefront of operations management, regularly engaging in industry conferences and workshops to keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices.

    Outside of work, Farid is an avid skier and dedicates his time to the Whistler Adaptive Sports Program, helping people with disabilities enjoy skiing. His enthusiasm for professional excellence and community involvement highlights his overall commitment to leadership and making a positive impact. Farid is always eager to connect with like-minded, results-driven leaders who share a commitment to excellence.

  • Four Feathers Wine

    Four Feathers Wine Four Feathers Wine Services is a vertically integrated, family-owned winemaking company that farms six estate vineyards and makes and packages custom premium wines for nearly 300 clients nationwide at our state-of-the-art facilities in Prosser, Washington.

    They manage the process of custom winemaking from vine to bottle, in small lots or at scale, depending on the needs of each client. In addition to turnkey winemaking, we offer a full range of services, all within our state-of-the-art facilities.

  • Artus Bottling Ltd.

    Started in 2005, with a single trailer, we were the first independent mobile bottler in Canada that wasn’t tied to a winery, and one of the first to offer screw cap services. Providing a much needed service in BC, Artus Bottling has emerged as a leader in the province’s bottling services, and now works with over half the wineries in BC.

    The founder Norman Cole left his position as assistant winemaker at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards to start Artus Bottling with a single bottling trailer. Have since grown into the largest mobile bottler in the province.
